# XAVIOR — Product overview and limits

This summary describes the public overview and campaigns pages and the shipped
campaign workflow. It is not a price list or a claim that XAVIOR is the best
product for every buyer.

## What is XAVIOR?

XAVIOR is AI email marketing software for startups and small businesses. It
connects lead discovery with personalized email campaigns sent from the user's
own connected sending inboxes.

## How does the workflow work?

1. Connect sending inboxes on your business domain.
2. Find an audience through XaviorLeads or use an existing list.
3. Review the first letters, choose a schedule, and start the campaign.
4. XAVIOR handles paced sending and follow-ups with sending controls.

By default, the first letters are reviewed and approved before sending starts.
When creating a personalized campaign, you can instead opt in to approving its
first letters automatically, to queueing and sending approved letters
automatically, or to both. These options are off by default and apply only to
that campaign, which can be paused. New leads found by scheduled discovery
enter a review queue, rather than joining a live campaign automatically.

## What does personalization mean?

Business context shapes the individual draft. The campaigns page illustrates
how the same offer can become different messages for different recipients.
These examples are fictional, not testimonials or evidence of customer results.

## What are the limits?

- Inbox placement, delivery to Gmail's Primary tab, and responses cannot be guaranteed.
- The recipient's email provider and inbox settings determine placement.
- Suppression lists and unsubscribes are handled by the campaign workflow.
- Suppression is per workspace: a record of your own sending, not a global
  do-not-contact list.
- A bounce is not an unsubscribe; XAVIOR keeps the two distinct.
- Access requests use the waitlist; this document does not promise immediate access.
- This summary does not state prices, user counts, third-party ratings, or
  competitor feature comparisons.
